If you are a service provider with AskAway, you should not be using Firefox. In order to be able to cobrowse, the software requires that you use Internet Explorer 6 or Internet Explorer 7.
Therefore there are no settings or systems requirements for Firefox.
If you are a patron, you can use Firefox as long as you have cookies enabled. You will be able to chat with an AskAway staff person, and they will be able to make websites appear on your screen. However, it will not be possible for the both of you to see the same website at the same time.
