SFU SA255 (sociology) students will be looking for sample consent forms for research.
They have 2 clues from their TA:
- Sample consent forms are linked from "the sociology site" (?)
- Sample consent forms are available from "Research Ethics Board"
These took a long time to find, and as there will probably be several students looking for them, here is the link I found:

I never did find out which "sociology site" the TA was referring to. It was not any of the library guides, nor was it the Department of Sociology website.
